Our History

Building Lasting Relationships Back in 1995 and fresh out of high school, Don Chaffee had a plan. To start his own construction company (he had already built his first home while still in high school … on his own!). Not just any construction company though, but the best in the area. Beginning with his pickup truck and the necessary tools, that plan was set in motion. With his vision in mind, Don knew he had to find the quality help he needed in order to bring his dream to fruition. Because of his stellar reputation, it didn’t take long before workers started seeking out Don for employment. Over time, he has assembled some of the best and most skilled craftsmen in the area to complement his quality workmanship. Two decades later, with a steadfast commitment to providing the highest quality workmanship and thousands of projects later, that dream has come true. Chaffee Construction, Inc., with its team of experts, as well as a broad network of specialists that can deliver exactly what you need, has grown to become one of the largest (and busiest) construction companies in the entire area.
